The Mango Lassi offered a perfect balance of sweet and sour, while the Goat Curry was rich with tender meat that melted in my mouth; the Cheese and Spinach dish quickly became my favorite, and the garlic naan-freshly made in a traditional clay oven-was ideal for dipping into the flavorful curries. Despite being an American who never cared much for Indian cuisine until falling in love with its vibrant flavors overseas, finding this restaurant has been a revelation, delivering authentic, well-spiced dishes and warm, attentive service that makes every visit a memorable experience.
