Yesterday's late afternoon meal was a letdown. I ordered ribs around 5:00 P.M. and they were disappointingly overcooked, tough, and lacking in size. The crust was difficult to chew, making me question if they were fresh. Despite the underwhelming ribs, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere cozy.
