The food at both of Louisville's Rodeo Mexican restaurants is consistently delicious, with Mario's cooking showcasing the best of Mexican cuisine. The chicken fajitas are always fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. The service is efficient, the wait times are short, and the menu offers a wide variety of delectable options to choose from.
