I went to Mcdonalds in Carthage MS and I went to the second drive through because the first one had two vehicles and waited till the first person ordered and they took three orders on the first drive through before us and never took our order. I called and the manager said the woman's head phones went dead and she didn't know it but the first drive through was constantly taking orders it makes no sense for the employees to act like that.

This place is ridiculous everytime I go there my order is wrong then I have to wait 15 minutes to get my food employes are rude n young don't care bout the customer they cussing behind the counter food is thrown together then they suppose to b open 24 hrs n when u get to the window they claim there computer down n they only serve sausage n biscuit till 5:00 am I hate that place n is not going back
