The ribs here are awesome.

My husband and I was both wanting different things for supper, he wanted ribs, I wanted steak, so we decided we would order from Rib Shack because they had what we both wanted on the menu. He got 1/2 slab of ribs and I got 10 oz Rib Eye. Well we wont make that mistake again! My steak was tasteless, no seasoning what so ever or if it did it was tasteless seasoning. Most places you eat at it insults the chef if you ask for steak sauce, well not here. they must not take pride in their business because if they did they wouldn't have served that piece of meat to anyone. They ruined me about ordering something I've never had before from somewhere I've ate before and figured "hey their barbeque is good so I bet their steaks will be too" wrong!

went with group ordered chicken salad had trouble finding any chicken also they now charge for a glass of water

Walking in was like any other restaurant around. After you sit down the server asked what you want to drink, and gives you a menu. After receiving my drink, the long wait to order begun. 35 mins later, after finishing my drink still no server to ask for my order. It wasn't busy at all, so I didn't even consider that being a problem. Instead of waving somebody down, I decided to get up and pay for my drink and go somewhere else. I don't see how this place with poor customer service is even open. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
