If you want to use a coupon, better have the paper original in hand. I've always took a pic and gave the code from coupon when asked. Never had anyone say that had to have the paper coupon in hand before. But now there's a Karen working there apparently. Bye Burger Queen.

Terrible service. Since they have reopened, the customer service is horrible. If you want to see employees yelling at each other and ignoring the customers, this is the place for you.
