Located discreetly within the Island View Casino Resort, this restaurant can be easily spotted from Beach Blvd, also known as Hwy 90. Upon discovering the restaurant tucked away at the back of the casino, I decided to try the suggested Magnolia Brewing Company beer, while others in my group opted for the house wine. The cornbread served in a skillet was a pleasant surprise, adding a unique touch to the meal. The Gulf seafood main course, though affected by the recent oil spill, was fresh and delicious, showcasing the Louisiana flavors brought in by Mr. Lagasse from his flagship restaurant in New Orleans.
