The level of service I experienced here is disappointing. They wasn't busy(btwn7-8pm) but it still took a long time for our food to come out. My fiancí©'s bread was cold and his fries wasn't fresh either. My wings was burnt so I ordered something different. My fiancí© ate most his food and I was still waiting on my order which I knw it doesn't take long to grill fish. So after we waited for mines beyond reasonable time, we just canceled it. The manager on duty didn't even come to the table to apologize for inconvenience. The waitress wasn't attentive either. Had to ask for water. I'll never visit THIS hooters again.
