I purchased a particular lunch item today, (meatloaf), in which I have ordered several times in the past for lunch from the same location here in Jackson, MS and also another location in Pearl, MS. I ordered through the app as usual for pick up and decided to take a quick look before I drove off. Much to my surprise, the portion size was so small, it was literally 2 to 3 bites. I went back inside and stated my dissatisfaction to an employee only to be confronted a few minutes later by a manager stating, "You ordered the weekday lunch portion, this is all you get". I explained that I've ordered the same thing many times with a portion at least twice the size and it was also the weekday lunch. She just said to me, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do", and handed me back my order. She didn't even make the slightest attempt to resolve my issue whatsoever, I was merely dismissed which made me feel completely disrespected, humiliated, and unappreciated as a customer.

The advertised photo of the menu item on the website is what it typically looks.like, but this time it looked like a small chewed up slop of.dog food, I have pictures to prove it.

True customer service and customer satisfaction no longer exists in most businesses today unfortunately. My situation was grossly mishandled in the most unprofessional manner. I definitely will never be going back!
