I experienced horrible treatment at the hands of an abusive employee at this establishment. When I complained to the manager nothing was done. I reached out to Corporate and was sent a link to submit a formal complaint. I provided my name and number continuously. No one ever contacted me. I also left my name and number repeatedly at the location to have the GM named Jasmine contact me. She never contacted me. I then went to the Better Business Bureau's website to submit a complaint there and I saw where Krispy Kreme does not respond to their complaints either. Krispy Kreme completely ignores customers who have had terrible experiences at their establishments. So I will never spend another dime in any one of their establishments. Ever. I will not do business with any company that condones abusive behavior from their employees towards their customers.

I also believe Krispy Kreme pays for fake positive reviews. I am highly suspect of the 780 reviews left on their Google page especially after seeing how disrespectful and abusive their employees are towards customers.

I understand mechanical issues, but no explanation was given. I drove my grandkids 15+ miles to Krispy Kreme on county line road in Ridgeland MS. Waiting in line at the drive thru, only to be told the regular glazed will not be available until 6pm and it was only around 3:20.
