I am curious about the lower ratings because we consistently enjoy the Carnitas and Tacos A Carbon from the House Favorites menu, often taking some home to savor later. Our family of five dines here every two weeks, appreciating the friendly manager, attentive staff, reasonable prices, and consistently wonderful food and service.

I'm curious about the lower ratings we saw, but we tried the Carnitas and tacos A Carbon from the House favorites menu and enjoyed them. The taste was good, and the service was great - the manager was friendly and the staff was attentive to us. Our family of 5 visits this place every two weeks, and we always have a positive experience with friendly service and reasonable prices. Give it a shot, and I bet you'll like it too!

Had take out I went inside and ordered,not phoned in 2 orders of each were lukewarm 2 sides of rice were cold had not been heated at all I called the manager and all he to say was "sorry bout that"I will never go back and I told him that

Extremely dissapointed with the customer service. My family has been going here for years so my husand and I thought this would be a perfect place to celebrate our twinz 5th birthday. My husband told our waiter, Leno, that it was our girls birthday and he assured him the staff would come sing for them. When the waiter brought the chek my husband reminded him about their birthday. Our girls were waiting anxiously so we let the open thier gifts. Leno walked out the back about 10 minutes later, saw ours girls playing with hier gifts and walked around the corner. We waited another 10 minutes before decided just to forget it and leave. When we were leaving we saw Leno on his phone hanging out by the fountain. Our twinz weresooooooooo dissapointed. We will NEVER come back

This is the WORST Mexican restaurant I ve ever been to! The food and the staff was horrible and they have no customer service! We left a to go plate on the table, came back 5 minutes later and they had thrown it away. I ve never been to a restaurant where they won t fix more food or work with you at all. We also had an issue with a DISGUSTING salad that they wouldn t take off my ticket. I'll never eat here again!
