Horrible customer service in new workers!! Obviously need more training in that area and good examples to follow!! I do not enjoy spending my money at a place where windows get slammed in my face and the smart Alec attitude from the newer staff! A simple good morning is not too much to ask and I deserve to know my total and my change - not sticking a hand out and taking MY MONEY. Who trains the staff and who evaluates their progress? We need comment cards and a GOOD MANAGER TO TAKE THE COMMENTS SERIously! We have too many choices in town to put up with ghetto attitudes!!! Enough byram!
