Well, we tried the new location of Ruchi for the 2nd time today, thinking that our first bad experience was just a fluke. After waiting an hour without our entrees or appetizers and no soup/salad because they were out, the entrees arrived, and one of them was wrong. We mentioned the appetizer was missing. After we were half-way finished with out meal, the wrong appetizer showed up. We sent it back and said to cancel our appetizer order since we were well into our entrees. When we had nearly finished our meal however, they brought out our samosa appetizer (literally half frozen) and a dessert. I had assumed these were complimentary "we're sorry" offerings, however they charged us for them and left us waiting 30 minutes before anyone came to get our payment.
And to top it off, we had a coupon for 40% off that Ruchi has been handing out lately. They charged us an automatic 18% gratuity for wrong orders and a wait that amounted to over 2 hours we were there. The coupon didn't say gratuity was included; when I inquired I was explained this was their unwritten policy for coupons. Unfortunately, we still have a $50 gift certificate for Ruchi which we are going to give away because we swore tonight we will never return. If you're looking for really great Indian food in Jackson, go to Spice Avenue. The food and the service are both much better there!!

Excellent India food for dinner.
their buffet varies daily but is very good.
They prepare accordingto your specified tatse.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
