I have been a lover of Chick-fil-a for many years now, and this is not what I expect when I enter a "higher quality" fast food restaurant. The store itself was filthy with trash overflowing from their three garbage cans available. behind the counter there was trash all over the floor, and disgusting goop covering the oil vats that they cooked their chicken in. assuming they had been to busy to clean before that i continued on to the register. My order was taken by a blonde named brittany who glared at me over the counter as I ordered my sandwich without pickles. When I received my sandwich after waiting for 20 min. i went to sit down, but had to search for one clean table, after getting a short young woman with brown hair to clean a table off for me i sat down to eat finding that their were pickles on my sandwich. I asked that they give me a new sandwich because the juice had seeped into the bread. A tall dark haired with a cross tattoo on his arm took my complaint and apologized giving me a new sandwich, again with pickles. At this point I simply gave up, and left.
