I frequent Victory often and adore the cozy ambiance and the well-stocked bar with an impressive whiskey selection at reasonable prices. The humidor, although needing some attention with moldy cigars, still offers a variety of quality tobacco options. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing on plush leather couches, watching sports, and enjoying a cocktail and cigar. It's a great spot for unwinding and indulging in a leisurely evening.

They never answer their phone so that you can check to see if they're going to be open during their posted hours. So you have to drive there often from a long distance only to find out that they're closing due to lack of customers or for no reason at all. I've seen the owner there several times, shitfaced and slurring his speech. This place definitely isn't run for customers but for the owner.
