During my stay at the hotel, I received excellent customer service from Jon. The Shrimp potstickers and Chicken Ciabatta sandwich were delicious options. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the hot chocolate I ordered in the morning as it did not meet my expectations, especially since they advertise serving Starbucks coffee. Despite this, the hotel provides a variety of great to-go options such as fruit, yogurt, muffins, and scones.
