I arrived at 10 am and thought I'd swing by the lounge to figure out the taxi scene. Met Michael there and we ended up shooting the breeze for a solid hour. He was super friendly and helpful, a great resource for military folks in need of assistance. The lounge had that familiar USO vibe and the staff were all about making sure you had what you needed.
