alex was so rude last nite
i have never had a problem , ive been going since they opened, the food is great, last night i dont know what the issues where, but obviously they had many. i ordered off the specials list. my meal was cold like it was out of the fridge! i have never had anything like this. i have never sent food back, i have never written a review. i simply asked to remove it from my bill i didnt like it and i was going to order something else.
3 times the server came back to the table saying it couldnt be done, each time i had another question ,especially where i was ordering somthing else, why was this happening? Alex was so rude said its too bad i didnt like it and it was not served cold, i said how do u know you were not here at this table? what kind of service was that???? i said well u can at least take half of it off my bill nope,, ive never seen such bad treatment in all my life, even if they dont remove it from the bill they offer you something. i just cant believe that place, food is usually good, service is good. except for her negative face and nasty attitude
ive never been so pissed off m disgusted at a resturant in my life. they need to do some team building and customer appreciation work thats for sure!!!!!
