Cheap beer lures you in, but Boogie's the real reason to stick around-though Joey's still a bit of a mystery. With graffiti-covered walls, killer drink deals, and bartenders who know their stuff (and their junkies), this gritty Lower East Side haunt nails the punk vibe without blasting your ears off.

The bar's atmosphere is inviting and lively, with a great selection of drinks at affordable prices. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, making for a memorable experience every time I visit.
