The rooftop pool bar in NYC offers a great selection of quality drinks and delicious sushi, including $7 uni nigiri that is a must-try. Despite the higher prices, the friendly staff, beautiful views, and overall atmosphere make it a worthwhile experience, especially during the warmer months.
