The recent name change to "P'chancho's Restaurant" reflects their commitment to a welcoming atmosphere, complete with a small parking area and outdoor dining options. I enjoyed a delicious takeout dinner featuring pernil, beef mofongo, and their remarkable empanadas, and I can't wait to return for more of their flavorful offerings.
