Troy made sure everything was right, and I'm telling you, look for him when you come through. Came here late on a Sunday because a friend said it was the place to be on Steinway, and the owner was super welcoming, the music was on point, the hookah and drinks were tasty and affordable, and the bartender made us feel right at home.

If you're looking for a great night out, make sure to look for Troy; he'll take care of you! I visited on a Sunday night and was immediately welcomed by the gracious owner, creating an inviting atmosphere. With fantastic music, delicious drinks, and good hookah, it was an unforgettable experience, especially thanks to the amazing bartender who made us feel right at home.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. I live not too far from this hookah lounge and I'm disgusted each time I walk by this place! I have never written a bad review but I believe It's important to let people know who they are keeping in business. I have continuously seen the manager ( SHORT MAN MID 30-40s, I believe his name is TONY with dreadlocks) let MINORS into the hookah lounge. Today I witnessed something INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL IT MADE ME SO SICK. A MAN was getting something from the COMMUNITY FRIDGE near the restaurant when the MANAGER/OWNER UNPROVOKINGLY walked over to the man and started SCOLDING at him. It got to the point where he claimed the man did not need whatever it is that he got from the community fridge (how can a stranger know about someone's financial situation) and began to call him "old man" and tried to taunt the man to "hit him". The owner/manager MUST LEARN to be PROFESSIONAL, I can definitely see this business closing down if this keeps up.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY REALLY TAKES AWAY FROMT THIA WHOLW IN THW WALL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL 311 AND REPORT THE PLACE FOE OVERCROWDING. THIS IS COVID-19 WAITING TO HAPPEN
