My friends and I popped into the lobby bar for a quick drink before heading up to our rooms. While it wasn't listed on the menu, someone asked if they could whip up a decaf espresso martini, and the server said he'd check. Turns out, he not only checked but also made the drink for us, which was a pleasant surprise. The cocktail looked fantastic, so I decided to order one for myself, and it didn't disappoint.
