I used to love this place, especially the bamboo chicken. we moved away the last three times we have came to visit we ate there... all three times I have gotten sick after eating here :( the bamboo chicken looks crystallized and old. And taste the way it looks. The girls/ waitresses are very friendly but sadly I'm not going back. Three times- it's not a charm. Not sure what happened if they have??? new management and they don't care or they're trying to save money I'm not sure

If I could give a negative rating I probably would. Went in expecting Chinese food; at least the essentials that are at every Chinese food establishment. (Different types of chicken, crab Rangoon, maybe even some desserts.) Highly dissapointig when there is fried chicken, cold beef and broccoli, sweet and sour sauce with no sweet and sour type chicken, and the "doughnuts" were hard as a rock. Probably the best part of the entire meal was the store bought fudge striped cookies they had as a dessert.

Love this place! And compared to others I think the prices are great! We go in to eat often and have never had bad service or rude people! We have always had a great experience!

I quite frankly don't want to hear how "rude" we are at bamboo garden. Its a Chinese restaurant that almost everyone UNDER TIPS and still expects great service. I'm sorry if I feel I have been treated unfairly I am not going to turn around and give you the best service with a big smile.. but this table over here who does tip 5 or more yeah.. they will get great friendly service. And a lot of our customers are very rude to us. Don't get very many thank you or have a good day back from people I am required to say it to every customer so its hard to believe no one told you to have a good day or anything. I get complaining and dirty looks most of the shift and I still come to work the next day with a smile. Maybe if you were a little more friendly to us we would return the favor. And I do believe all the workers there are very humble and polite and anyone of us girls would go out of our way for a customer who asked for a favor POLITELY!! Thank you!~ :)

Food is great but service and people are rude and don't say even thank you. I go to that place 4 times a week and I think I deserve better treatment. If it wasn't for food I would never come back .
