Excited for a local food truck event at Colt State Park, I was on a mission for some cheesy goodness. The Championship Melt truck caught my eye, and without hesitation, I went for the Stan Hansen loaded with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheddar, and mac & cheese. The flavors danced in my mouth like a cheesy symphony, leaving me completely satisfied and eager to try more from their menu in the future!

The food has been consistently good had the spinach pie this time made with the grilled cheese. And I'm tortellini macaroni salad is fabulous.
