On a sunny Sunday, I wandered into the Sowa Market and discovered a food truck that served the most incredible watermelon sorbet, freshly scooped from a half-watermelon and whipped up with liquid nitrogen. Watching the friendly vendor work his magic while puffs of smoke billowed out was like witnessing a culinary science experiment, and let me tell you, this $6 treat was the most refreshing and delicious dessert I've ever had!
