I'm so happy to know Alden Merrell is still around. They have the best cheese cake and carrots cake.
We loved the carrot cake so much we had it as our wedding cake in 1984. The top tier was still terrific when we defrosted it at our one year anniversary. My husband and I will soon be taking a drive to Newburyport for some cake!

Best carrot cake around by far. My mom used to bring it home after work for a treat for the family. I am now 55 and it is now a nice treat for my own family. Delicious!!!

My girlfriend used to bring home Alden Merrel cheesecakes home from work . They would get them once a week . There isn't a better cheesecake on this earth than theirs. Most delicious thing on earth!

Best cheesecake and chocolate mouse cake on the East coast - better than juniors new york cheesecake. Just not as well advertised
