While visiting Salem, I picked up a few treats and was impressed by the sweetness and helpfulness of the staff. Over time, I've tried a wide variety of pastries from Kim Gregory's bakery-from the unbelievably moist gluten-free carrot cake at my brother's wedding to the seasonal custard cakes and apple cider doughnuts-and each bite showcases exceptional quality, creativity, and genuine care.
