Smokey Stax catered our backyard wedding last month, and working with Frank and Nikki was an absolute joy; they made the planning process easy and the food was incredible. The brisket was cooked to perfection and left everyone wanting more, while the bacon-wrapped dates were a standout appetizer that guests raved about. I've attended multiple events they've catered, and the quality and flavor consistently impress, making them my go-to choice for any gathering!
