Stumbled upon a taco truck on Lake Street boasting the title of "Best Tacos in the Twin Cities," and after trying their surtida taco with a flavorful mix of beef cheek, tongue, lip, and head along with spicy pickled onion mix and hot sauces, I can confidently say it's worth a visit for some of the best tacos in Minneapolis.
