I've been to Mango a couple of times and I'm already planning my next visit. The Ropa Viejo is so flavorful, and I love that they bring extra braising liquid on the side. The Seafood Rice is a quicker and more affordable version of their paella, still delicious without the high price tag. The fried tostones and empanadas are must-try starters, and the servers are genuinely friendly.
