The food at Taqueria El Monarca is quite similar to Pineda's, which is a good thing in my opinion. I found it to be better than Chipotle, with a variety of meats available that weren't there before. I usually go for the spicy pork burrito, and it has always been a satisfying choice with just the right amount of heat.
