While visiting friends, I enjoyed their smoked salmon and walleye, which was a special treat since I don't get walleye back in Texas. The smoked fish was incredibly fresh, moist, and flaky, and the variety of seafood and specialty items available was impressive. Whenever I'm back in the area, I always make sure to stop by and stock up on my favorites like smoked salmon, whitefish, trout, and marinated seafood salad.

While visiting friends, I enjoyed their smoked salmon and wallet. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, especially since walleye isn't readily available in Texas. As a Minnesota transplant, this experience was a special treat for me.
