I grew up eating this amazing Norwegian-made Lefse that my mom would pick up on the way home from Fargo, ND, and it still brings back great memories. During a recent road trip with my family, I stopped by to grab some, even though the office was under remodeling and the Lefse was frozen and $5 a bag. This stuff is seriously delicious-best enjoyed with butter and a little sugar, just like I remember from my childhood.

I recently revisited a beloved Norwegian lefse shop that holds a special place in my heart. The cozy small town vibe and friendly service made me feel right at home. Watching the lefse being prepared in front of me brought back fond memories of my childhood and the delicious taste never fails to impress me.
