We have been going the the Black Hills for forty years and just yesterday ate at 7th Cavalry Cafe just East of Custer, SD. Our son had eaten breakfast there a couple days earlier, so my wife and I decided to have a breakfast there Sunday morning. The minute we walked through the door we were impressed. A small, but very clean dining room. A woman was the hostess and the waitress. Very friendly and very welcoming. The food was excellent, home cooked, and big. My wife ordered eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. I had eggs, ham, hash browns, ans toast. It was more then we could eat ! There specialty is a breakfast burrito that is huge. We saw several orders come out, and it looked great. We both wished that we had ordered it. A great place to eat. Don't past it up. You won't be sorry that you stopped to eat there.

We had one of the best breakfasts we ever had. This is an AAA+++ Cafe. We are going back.
