We ventured out to Canyon Springs Stage Stop on a snowy Saturday and found the atmosphere welcoming, thanks to the friendly owners, Judy and Frank, who treated us like family. The ribeye steaks were flavorful, and even though they were slightly overcooked, the quality and taste made it a meal to remember, leaving us eager to return.
