The food at Las Palmitas in Powell is incredibly authentic and reminds me of my mom's cooking. I enjoyed the pollo al diablo and found it to be excellent, while my sister and I also loved the street tacos. Even though it's a taco bus, the friendly owners and delicious homemade meals make it a must-visit during my trips to Wyoming.
