I've been getting the orange chicken and crab rangoon from this place for over a year and a half now, and the quality has stayed consistent. Despite some complaints about limited seating, they recently added a table inside for customers. I was a bit hesitant to try this Thai takeout place at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious basil beef and the option to choose the spice level. It's a great spot for Thai food with fast service and easy pickup.

Charges extra for condiments, even for one or fewer condiment per entree.

Our family of 6 purchase food monthly for a few years. We typically order 4-5 entrees and request 3 sweet-and-sour sauce containers at pick-up. Recently, the cashier warned they charge extra for each/any sweet-and-sour, and now this policy has taken effect.

Entree prices are typical for other local Thai restaurants, while condiments are still complimentary at these other restaurants.

The food is okay (3 stars) and convenient to our home for pick up (4 stars).

Thai Village Restaurant in Batavia, IL is better, but less convenient to our home. We will be going there now.
