I asked for a large liver dinner hot sauce ketchup on the side that was this morning December 2nd have my brother up my dinner I live in Lansing when they brought it to me it was a 6 wing dinner smothered with mild sauce I was told to bring it back and the guy that works in the morning said he would give me another one my brother asked for the money back for the six wings set my daughter after she got off of work to pick up my large livers I was told you have to pay for this. The morning guy said he would take care of it and now the order takes 35 minutes I put it through my daughter disgusted she said she's not going back she just got off of work I'm trying to cancel the and they're trying to hold me on the phone again for another 25 minutes this is poor service you don't have enough help you should close it down until you do because you really have a good product that you fail I like the way it tastes but how can you take this.
