The food here always makes the trip worthwhile, with favorites like the pot roast, fried chicken, and the delicious Sunday brunch omelets that never disappoint. The rustic lodge atmosphere, complete with a cozy fireplace and friendly staff, adds to the charm and comfort during every visit. Although vegetarian options are limited, the overall dining experience, combined with great service and beautiful surroundings, keeps me coming back regularly.

The Turkey BLT Wrap had an unpleasant overly salty taste and was otherwise flavorless. The "mixed greens" consisted of spinach and two small leaves of some other green. The bacon was hard as if it had been microwaved. If the mayo was "herbed" it was very bland. The shaved turkey was in a big lump. The "sun-dried" tortilla was basically a reddish tortilla. The chips were tasteless pieces of cardboard. To sum up it was a very expensive, stressful experience. Having read the book Real Food, Fake Food, this classifies as fake food. I am not feeding the left overs to my dog!
