The website stated they were open until 9 p.m., but when I arrived at 7:30 on a Wednesday, they were already closed, so they definitely need to update their hours online. As a truck driver from Memphis who knows BBQ, I can honestly say Big Muddy BBQ serves some of the best barbecue I've ever had, with great service, delicious brisket, and tasty sides that keep me coming back whenever I'm in Hannibal.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 on a Wednesday, expecting it to be open as usual until 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the website's listed hours were inaccurate, and the restaurant was closed. Despite this, my previous experience with the delicious food here still lingers in my memory, making me consider returning in the future.

I got ribs that were amazing the sides were potato salad and sweet potatoes I would have sworn they were my grandma's everything so amazing I can't wait to go back to try other things on the menu

The food is great! Even if you don't eat, just go in for the smell. It's amazing! The employees are very friendly as well.
