Finding authentic Cantonese-style Chinese food with that genuine old-school Hong Kong vibe felt like stepping back in time two decades. The Combination 1 Pork Fried Rice was small but packed with flavor, rivaling meals I've had in fancy Vegas hotels, while the St. Paul sandwich was fresh, tasty, and incredibly affordable, served by a no-nonsense yet friendly lady through bulletproof glass. The atmosphere is serious, the veggies are homegrown out of pure practicality, and the outdoor seating along the side street adds a humble charm to the whole experience.
