The fried chicken here exceeded my expectations, especially since I usually don't care much for it; the seasoning and sides like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese truly capture comforting Midwestern flavors. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable despite the historic building's busy atmosphere. If you find yourself in Arrow Rock, the combination of hearty, well-prepared food and warm service makes this dining experience well worth your time.

The food and service here are exceptional, with a very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had the fried chicken on a whim during a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The historic building adds to the unique atmosphere of the place, making it a memorable dining experience in Arrow Rock, Missouri.
