The steakhouse in Monett exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. The eclectic menu offered a variety of options, all of which were tasty and well-prepared. The staff, including servers like Whitney, Brittany, Giselle, and Grace, ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable.

The service was really bad, my date and I set for over thirty minutes to be waited on. The food was fair to say the least.

We used to go to Angus Branch about every week. We rarely go anymore mostly because of poor service. Last time we went was during the week and the place was not busy. We sat at one of the bar tables. Two tables from us was a couple who were eating. An employee (who apparently was a manager) was talking to them. We were ignored for several minutes. Finally I called to her and asked if we could get service. She disappeared into the kitchen area and a waitress came out a couple of minutes later and took our order. No excuse for customers to be ignored especially when the place is not busy.
