During my recent stay at the Hyatt for a Library Convention, I enjoyed dinner at the Harvest every evening. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding - I particularly loved the fried chicken, pork with apple compote, and the KC strip. The wait staff, especially Tabitha and Martin, were friendly and attentive, making each dining experience welcoming and pleasant.
