I have to say, I've been going to chicken charlies my whole life, for 33 years, & it's always been the best in mine & my family's opinion, until the new ownership. On 3 different occasions now when I have tried to call a carryour order, tge phone has been off the hook for a very long time, & when I go in they act like they didn't know. And what's with the beef gravy with a chicken dinner? What a shame that these new owners don't care about their business. Laziness. Hmmmm. Best chicken place in crystal city, going downhill. Get it together!
