After years of intending to visit a Lahpet popup, I finally got the chance thanks to Re's invitation, and it did not disappoint. The vibrant flavors of the Pumpkin curry, Super Green curry, and Burmisiana Shrimp curry, paired with a refreshing Elderberry Ginger Soda, made for an unforgettable experience that left me eagerly anticipating their next event.
