Julie craved jambalaya first thing in the morning, so once they opened, I headed over to this clean and bright spot with a simple menu and daily specials. The friendly staff made ordering a breeze, and my meal arrived quickly, featuring generous portions of flavorful jambalaya and gumbo that tasted like homecooked comfort food. After indulging in the delicious bread pudding and enjoying a warm conversation, I left feeling completely satisfied and eager to return on my next visit through Louisiana.

The Jambalaya Shoppe had very friendly staff and a clean, bright atmosphere. I ordered the hamburger steak from their daily specials and had a pleasant conversation with the lady taking orders. The food came out fast, and the bread pudding was really good - I will definitely be back for more!
