In January, I had dinner at a restaurant with new management and ordered vegetarian fried rice, curry, and noodles, all of which were well-seasoned and reasonably priced. To my surprise, I was able to order chili fried chicken, a dish I thought I'd never find again, and it turned out to be fantastic, making me feel like I was back in China enjoying authentic flavors.
