I stayed at the Holiday Inn last night and found limited dining options due to the weather. Opting for room service, I tried the blackened catfish, mashed potatoes, and seafood gumbo. While some dishes were served slightly cold, the flavorful catfish made up for it, and I appreciated the friendly staff and the lunch buffet for soul food enthusiasts.
